Your payment will be transferred via advance payment, PayPal, credit card (via Stripe), or Stripe to our company account:

PayPal: We offer you PayPal as a payment method. To do this, you need a free Paypal account, to which you will be forwarded when placing an order with us with PayPal as the selected payment method. You will have to verify with PayPal and choose a payment method (PayPal credit, credit card). Only then will the payment amount be transferred to our account. We will get a notification for the transfer and send the goods as soon as possible.

Credit card via Stripe: In our shop you can also pay with your credit card. Our provider Stripe ensures a safe and convenient payment process. Your credit card account will be charged after  you placed your order.

Advance payment: If you choose this payment method, we will give you our bank account details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount has to be transferred to our account within 10 days after receipt of the order confirmation.

Making a change to your order: You can only change your order if the order process on has not yet been completed. Once you have completed your order, a change is no longer possible, because the order is immediately forwarded to our logistics team to start the delivery process.

Cancellation of your order: If you have completed the order process and finished the payment process, we will not be able to make a cancellation. However, you can return the goods as soon as they arrived you and make use of your right of revocation.

Status of your order: Once you have completed your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation. As soon as we deliver your order to DHL, you will receive another mail with the shipment number. You can also track where your order is in real time. If you have not received an email please write us a message via the contact form. We can then tell you whether your order has actually been received by us and where your goods may be.


We send your goods with DHL, so your order will usually arrive after 1-4 days. Shipments abroad however have higher delivery times. Additional charges may also apply for shipments outside the EU. We try to send every order as quickly as possible.

How to return goods: You can return all the goods you ordered in our Onlineshop within 14 days of receipt. Please report your cancellation to and send the goods within 14 days after registration at the following address:

As soon as we receive the return we will refund you the invoice amount. Please note that we do not accept the costs incurred for returning the goods and that they must be borne by the purchaser in case of a revocation.

How to exchange the goods: Do you want to return and exchange the product you ordered? Even if we do not make a direct exchange, that will not be a problem! You should simply proceed as described in the process of returning goods above. You should register the item to be exchanged within 14 days via and return your order. Please note that the cost of returning the goods to the buyer is not covered by us. As soon as the goods have been received by us, we will transfer the amount for the goods you purchased. With the money, you can then order the article you requested in our shop.


CANISBERG stands for quality products and outstanding service. We offer you a guarantee of 24 months for your purchased item from the date of purchase. Within this warranty period, we will take charge of any defects on your purchased goods free of charge, if the defects are due to material or production errors. Please report your complaint at

The warranty does not cover:

  1. Any damage to batteries or straps of any kind.
  2. Damage due to improper handling and accidents (e.g., impact, fall)

In addition, the warranty expires upon your intervention or that of a non-expert third party. Any form of contamination on CANISBERG products does not constitute a warranty claim.

Adjusting the watch size

All CANISBERG watches of the Timberwolf collection are unisex. The watches can be adjusted to fit every wrist. You can add or remove pieces oft he wristband with the materials and descriptions you will receive from us. Furthermore, we offer tutorials on our Youtube channel to assist you by changing the size of you wristband. You don’t want to change the size by yourself, feel free to ask a watchmaker.

Rain and water

Water splashes are not generally a problem for CANISBERG watches, although you should avoid contact with water as a rule. Our watches are not waterproof. After contact with salt water, the wood of your watch or glasses should be treated with beeswax in order to preserve its colour and natural resistance. 


Vegan watches

The watches of the Timberwolf collection are all fully vegan.

Working conditions

We make sure that our products are manufactured under fair working conditions. All production facilities are SA8000 certified, which means no low-wage work, and a safe and healthy working environment. All of our Chinese production facilities are regularly inspected and controlled.
